    In Rosebrock since generations we have been helping our clients in moving their personal goods to and from any country in the world.
    In the year 2017 we have opened our office in Warsaw and we are ready to assist you in your moves to and from Poland.

    What makes your company stand out?

    Personal contact with your professional move advisor and an individual tailor-made offer. Handling of your personal goods with the utmost care by a professional, friendly and English-speaking crew. A company of a well-established brand, working only with the best agents across the globe.

    What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

    We offer two types of insurance: General Insurance and a Dedicated All-Risk Cargo Insurance. The insurance covers all damages and/or losses and is valid throughout the full move: from the moment when the packing crew enters the origin residence until the moment when the delivery crew leaves the destination residence.

    What is the best advice you would give to customers?

    International removal may be a stressful stage in life for the customer. It is advised to prepare everything in advance, so when the movers arrive for packing, the customer can just sit back and relax. We are here to help.

    The team was very professional, flexible and adapted to my needs with short notice, great service!
    They delivered the boxes in Amsterdam city center with no elevator which is very complex.

    Agent was always very communicative and helpful. Always explained every step and if there was delay (which were actually not their fault) he tried to do everything he could to speed things up. During planning and process agent was super helpful in reducing costs we would incur.

    Wilhelm Rosebrock GmbH & Co. KG heeft voor ons de internationale verhuizing geregeld van Polen naar Nederland. De communicatie met de Sales manager was erg goed. Hij heeft goed doorgevraagd om onze situatie duidelijk te schetsen en heeft daardoor precies aan onze behoeften kunnen voldoen. Onverwacht viel op de dag van laden de vrachtwagen uit, maar hij heeft nog een vervangende wagen weten te regelen dezelfde dag.

    Ook de bezorging van onze goederen is goed verlopen. Alles was in goede staat en de chauffeur belde ons op de ochtend voordat hij aankwam. Ik zou dit bedrijf zeker aanraden!

    Very positive experience! Company has moved us twice within last two years and managed everything perfectly - packing, customs, transportation, etc. Even pandemic environment was not a show-stopper.
    I strongly recommend Rosebrock. If you need their service in Poland - call Mr. [name removed by Sirelo] who takes care about everything and leads you through entire procedure.
