Very good price vs others companies, extremely quick in reactions, answering to emails, extremely professional packing household goods team. Every went smooths and on top the degree of trust in this company was the highest vs the others.

Read carefully what you sign with them, What they say is not what is being done in reality. There are many hidden charges that you are not aware and the service is not complete.

The team were very accommodating and responded quickly when we had an issue with the warehouse holding our goods. They spoke directly with them and rearranged . Driver was in contact updating me on arrival times . Couldn’t be happier wkth [Names removed by Sirelo]. Excellent service !

There were last minute some issues, that needed to be cleared up, while the price was definitely not negotiated, the service may have been done better for this price.

A tragic experience that is still going on! Order accepted in September 2021 for transport from Spain to Costa Rica. It quickly turned out that the prices of renting a container change very quickly and there are allegedly no containers 🤷‍♂️ the company immediately renegotiates the price and charges the storage costs. I am forced to pay for the shipment without the possibility of verifying if it is true! The transport departs from a port in Spain with a 3-month delay and arrives at the port in Costa Rica around February 8-9, 2022, but that's not the end of problems! The container arrives at some warehouses in San Jose, the capital, and they start charging extra! Additional port fees, additional storage fees for 2 months and other administrative fees plus, surprisingly, transport from the capital to my home. It wouldn't be surprising if it wasn't already paid for according to the order !!! The cost on the Costa Rican side that the company wants to charge us exceeds USD 6,000!
I have to sue them to court and despite the fact that I wanted to support the Polish company and have been waiting more than 6 months for my personal belongings, I will not allow myself to be treated in this way and I am forced to regain my belongings and rights in court!
I know storage costs may go up before the court comes to court, but despite so many good reviews Reloplanet has received in the past, they have proven to be a trickster in this case!Read more

The workers were professional, fast, courteous, communicative, and quite pleasant and friendly. After they left, the company kept in constant communication at every step of the way, and the delivery was also fast and efficient, and the workers friendly and efficient. They left one unmarked item that didn't belong to us, and drove back immediately to reclaim it.
