    What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

    We offer two types of insurance: General Insurance and a Dedicated All-Risk Cargo Insurance. The insurance covers all damages and/or losses and is valid throughout the full move: from the moment when the packing crew enters the origin residence until the moment when the delivery crew leaves the destination residence.

    What is the best advice you would give to customers?

    International removal may be a stressful stage in life for the customer. It is advised to prepare everything in advance, so when the movers arrive for packing, the customer can just sit back and relax. We are here to help.

    The staff on the Polish side was very professional and helpful with all questions and concerns, and they provided good pricing. All of our household items were extremely well-packed, so nothing broke; only a few water bottles froze and expanded, causing them to burst. We shipped our belongings in December.
    On the Canadian side, the communication could be better, but we managed to get all our stuff without much effort on our part.
    If you want door-to-door service including packing, loading, transit, customs assistance, delivery, unloading, and unpacking with minimal hassle, consider these guys.

    The whole moving process was very well prepared, organised and executed by the company. Everything was packed meticulously and arrived intact, on time, all boxes with the contents described or depicted. The method of transport was well chosen at a reasonable price.
