During the pandemic we couldn't travel to the country where we had our belongings, but company did all the work for us. They went collect keys from friend and packed everything in self storage. Also had order some furniture from shop that also they collect. They did all the work and kept me updated of all the developments. Excellent communication. Everything arrived 2 days after collecting our belongings, super well packed, nothing missing, nothing broken. They made what looked like a difficult removal very simple and stress free.
